Great Location // Clean Condo
Just a few minutes to the beach, several restaurants and the Neptune Beach area. I had a blast staying at Marguerite's very clean and comfortable condo. It's on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building. So, there's not a lot of stairs to climb. The assigned parking space is great too. With the busy spring break weekends, the assigned spot was a nice amenity to have. I didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped and had plenty of storage / space for cooking any meals. I loved the abundant natural light that came in every sunny day. It really added to the atmosphere. The shared balcony is also a nice touch. My favorite part was the king size master bed!!! Far too often these rentals have just a queen size bed. That really made the trip. I had two (minor) situations pop up during my stay. Marguerite responded immediately and helped me get things resolved. If I find myself back in JAX Beach, I'll definitely stay at this condo again.
