Great apartment near U of U
I stayed at Kevin's property for nearly three months and I can assure you the unit is in good conditions, heaters work well and it is fully equiped with everything you will need for a long stay. If you are carrying heavy luggage, just be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs lol. Also, if you're looking for a place near the U and/or will be using public transportation, the apartment is in a great location, and there is a bus stop right in front of the building. There are some restaurants nearby and a pharmacy. Kevin is a great host and answers questions quickly. Definitely recommend! :)
