This is exactly what you're looking for in a rental when it comes to comfort, style, cleanliness and convenience. The property is exactly as pictured with an updated washer/dryer, very well-maintained and has everything you need to feel right at home. The location is excellent, in a safe area, plenty of parking and everything downtown within walking distance. We couldn't have asked for a better landlord than Nicholas. He was always responsive, accommodating and quick to take care of anything we needed. He genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Overall, we can't recommend this property enough. Between the great location, beautiful and clean space, and outstanding hospitality, it was everything we could have asked for in a rental. We would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.

An Executive Escape in The City

I had the pleasure of renting from Nicholas while my family and I were relocating for work. We needed a place that was clean, centrally located, and safe while we got to know the areaand this home checked every box. Nicholas and his wife were truly fantastic landlords. They were responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and taken care of during our stay. It gave us real peace of mind knowing we were renting from such great people. If youre relocating to the area, I cant recommend this property enough. We didn't have time to see the property in person before getting there, and we lucked out. The home is exactly as pictured and absolutely beautiful in person.
