The room has a trundle bed that can expand into a king size, a dresser and desk, TV optional. It is in a spacious 4 bedroom house occupied by me and my partner. Our bedroom and bathroom is detached from the main house, so the tenant gets privacy in the main house most of the evening. We write from our office during the day. Neighborhood overview
Los Feliz is a lovely neighborhood full of great restaurants and bars, as well as local Indie movie, theaters, bookstores, and yoga and Pilates studios. Its very close to the Childrens Hospital and theres easy access to public transit. Its also right down the street from Griffith Park and the observatory, so there are lots of great hikes to do if you like the outdoors.
