Issues with homeowner and home

I rented this home and unfortunately had several issues during my stay. The biggest problem was the air conditioning system, which frequently stopped working and would go in and out, making it difficult to keep the house comfortable, especially during warmer days. Another major concern was the neighborhood. There appeared to be a significant amount of gang activity, and there were multiple incidents involving shootings in the area during my time there. This created an environment where I did not always feel safe and made it difficult to fully enjoy living at the property. While the home itself had some positive qualities, the ongoing AC issues and safety concerns in the surrounding neighborhood had a substantial negative impact on my overall experience. Prospective renters should carefully consider these factors before making a decision.
