Great stay
I had a very nice stay as Barb + family's neighbor. They are all so lovely and very responsive and helpful. There were a few times I went out of town and Barb and her daughter were kind enough to help watch my cat. The apartment is very large and well equipped for cooking and cleaning, and there is Roku on the TV. Sunnyside (in my opinion!) is one of the cutest neighborhoods in Denver, and the location is extremely quiet and safe. The only downfall of this apartment is the lack of natural light (it is a basement, after all) and there is a fairly loud family that will live above you (for now, but they are respectful of quiet hours!). I would not let these things deter you from booking a stay here - I would stay again any day.
