Great property, great location, and exceptional host.

My daughter, and son-in-law stayed with Kelly for two months before relocating to another state, and they had a wonderful experience. The property was always clean, and comfortable. It is conveniently located close to all the great places in S. Lakeland, making day-to-day living easy and stress-free. Kelly was an exceptional host-warm, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She was responsive when needed while also respecting their privacy. It was clear that she takes pride in providing a welcoming and well-maintained home for her guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with a host who goes above and beyond to make tenants feel at home.

They provide a clean and comfortable environment for guests and will go to any extent to make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

Kelly was a great host and has a nice home in a quiet safe neighborhood,she was there for anything I needed, would stay here again and recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place to stay that's close to plenty of dining and shopping
