Great stay
I had a great stay at Nicole's place. She was fantastic about accommodating a short-notice request and being flexible on the dates. The unit itself is comfy and set in a nice area walking distance to the hospital and a nice park (Al Moody). Beds were comfy, the unit is spacious, and the backyard with a doggy door was fantastic for my pup. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect dog-friendly condo
This spot was perfect for me. The amenities included were spot on- great office set up and I appreciate having a dog friendly house with a fenced yard. I had no issues during the stay and found Nicole easy to communicate with throughout!
Ideal place for travel nurses!'
This place was so cute and convenient for us!! It was literally a 3 minute drive to the hospital or like a 8 minute walk! It also has a doggy door and a yard which our dogs LOVED!!! The couch is super comfy, lots of nice utensils in the kitchen! Parking is right out front of the front door. It was extremely clean and Nikki was great at communicating and helped us any time we had a question or request! Couldn't recommend this place enough!
Read before booking
Place was clean, not professionally cleaned. Found a dark brown spot on the bidet handle that I thought was paint. When cleaning, it was easily wiped off, similar to dried blood. I noticed other minor things. If charging a $200 cleaning fee, it needs to be professionally cleaned. A windstorm shattered her patio glass table, she was notified. I offered to clean up the glass, she said she'd get someone in to clean it up. Later, an invoice of $200 subtracted from my deposit for the table, the clean up, and landfill disposal fee. I have no control over sudden weather changes. I also stated before signing the lease that the end date could vary by a couple days and said she was flexible. She got a heads up 30 days prior, and an exact move out date of 12/3 a couple weeks later. When asking for balance of prorated rent, she stated the lease ended 12/7. I sent the screenshot of her saying she was flexible. She compromised on 12/5. I dont do reviews over a couple things, but it adds up.
