The property sits above Lake Hodges on the border of Rancho Santa Fe and Del Dios (and a few miles from Escondido). Being above the lake, there is a lot of wildlife, trees and hiking trails. Our home has a private gated entrance that the tenant will receive a remote for. The property is serene and quiet with amazing views of Mount Israel. We are a 15-20 minute drive to Del Mar beach and about 10 minute drive to the 15 freeway. ...

A great neighborhood right on the border of Rancho Santa Fe and Del Dios. We are tucked away in nature above Lake Hodges. Just 15-20 minute drive to Del Mar Beaches, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Rancho Bernardo. And only about 10 minutes to the 15 freeway.
