Hidden Gem in a Great Community
If you're looking for a landlord who actually responds to texts (a surprisingly rare trait), Erik's your guy. Communication was easy and consistent throughout the entire stay, and he was always quick to follow up on anything we needed. The house was consistently stocked with essential maintenance items, which made day-to-day living a lot easier. The property itself is a hidden gem: well-maintained HOA, a great community pool, and a comfortable home from day one. He never made us feel like having a dog was an inconvenience either. Smooth stay from start to finish, and I highly recommend.
