Very small and quiet 5 year old condo complex with just 12 units (Beecher Flats). Unit has everything you need and is tastefully decorated with local art. Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker, dishes, flatware, bake and cookware, and basic spices. Extra pillows and Pendleton blankets also available.

Open concept kitchen and family room, large windows in condo allow in natural light. Hardwood flooring in kitchen and living room, carpet in bedroom and walk in closet. High ceilings throughout. Kitchen has eat in dining bar as well as separate dining table. Unit has outdoor deck with teak cafe set (mini table and 2 chairs). Comfy living room couch can double as a bed for a visitor.

Lovely OTR Stay with Wonderful Hosts
I had such a wonderful stay in OTR! The location truly couldn’t have been better — walking distance to so many fun shops, bars, and restaurants, and super convenient to the free streetcar. It made exploring Cincinnati incredibly easy. Parking was always available and my commute to the hospital was quick and easy. The space itself was beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything I needed. It was the perfect home base for my contract. The hosts were absolutely lovely and incredibly responsive. When I had a small issue with the sink, they had someone out to fix it almost immediately. They also shared fantastic local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone coming Cincinnati!
