I had an excellent stay at the Orchard home in Wichita. Emily was an incredible hostvery communicative, accommodating, and always quick to respond if I needed anything. You can tell she genuinely cares about making her guests feel comfortable and taken care of. Ive been a traveling X-ray tech for 11 years and have stayed in many furnished rentals over the years, and Emily has truly been one of the best landlord/property managers Ive worked with. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. The home was clean, peaceful, beautifully furnished, and had everything I needed during my stay. It felt safe, cozy, and welcoming from day one, which is especially appreciated as a traveling healthcare professional. Anytime something came up, Emily handled it promptly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Orchard home to anyone looking for a quality furnished rental in Wichita.
