Brand-New Cozy 1BR home, near multiple hospitals

Great stay in Salinas

My partner and I enjoyed our time here in this cozy space! Everything was brand new and clean, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had all the essentials and still plenty of room for storage. Plenty of storage in the bedroom as well with the two closets. We had 2 cars but there was always street parking available so it wasn't an issue. Oh and it was walking distance from downtown!

Amazing home

I stayed at this property for 13 weeks and had a great experience. The home is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a well-thought-out layout and modern furnishings. Everything I needed was provided, including a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry, which made the long stay very convenient. The landlord was excellent—kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Any questions or needs were addressed promptly, and the entire stay was smooth and stress-free.
