Columbia Heights
I stayed in this basement apartment for three months and genuinely loved my time there. It was comfortable and safe from day one, and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. It really had everything I needed to feel at home. Josette was wonderful—always attentive and quick to respond, which made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with her. The location made a big difference too. I could easily walk to nearby stores and had convenient access to public transportation, which made getting around simple. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and I’d happily stay here again.

Perfect home away from home
Beautiful property with a sweet Landlord. Close to the metro and work shuttle. Landlord took care of any concerns immediately and took extreme care to know that all my needs were being taken of. Close to eating establishments and shopping. She even helped me care my things into the space. I highly recommend this location for anyone working in the Washington DC area.
