Theres a walk-in closet attached to bedroom. I included a mini-fridge to the bedroom in case someone wanted to keep some things closer to them or private, but the fridge in the kitchen is open of course. I am including a security deposit thats refunded at the end. There is a balcony attached to the upstairs bedroom as well for outside access.
