I rececently stayed at this great apartment for a couple of months while I was in town working. You couldn't ask for a better location and the owners Terry & Brenda are wonderful people. The apartment had everything you could need and I will certainly stay here again the next time I am in the area. If you enjoy the outdoors, this apartment is just steps away. Shopping and restaurants are also very close by.

Birdsong & Comfort

I had the pleasure of staying in this sweet apartment for 3 months, and it truly felt like a home away from home. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and filled with wonderful natural light, making it such a pleasant place to relax. I especially appreciated having a full kitchen and bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the lovely outdoor private patio, where I enjoyed morning coffee while listening to the birds and relaxing with dinner in the evenings. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Sand Creek Trail. Just a short walk or bike ride to town. The landlords were fantastic- friendly and always available if I needed anything. I would absolutely stay in this apartment again anytime and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and well-located place to stay.

Wonderful, Woodsy & Quiet Space

This mother-in-law mini home tucked away in the back of the property was SO incredible. You feel like you are in the woods with access to the water and also within walking distance to the main paved river path into Sandpoint. The landlords are respectful and kind, always ready to help out if needed. The space is perfect for one person and has everything you need. There's a cute mini patio for yourself where you could work or just enjoy your meals outside. I appreciated the huge storage area in the main hallway where you walk in. It's a great location to zip into Sandpoint by bike or car. Plus, the very coolest (Industry) coffee shop within walking distance.
