Not Good

at this property for two weeks. four rooms to rent. 4 parking spots if youre lucky. 2 parking spots are down a very steep narrow driveway through a chain link fence. no lighting when you get to the bottom of the hill. Very dark. cant see anything. If theres one extra car at the house you will be parking down the street or in the yard. thermostat upstairs is on a schedule only the landlord can control. Woke up every morning with the temp set at 55. Asked landlord about it numerous times but it was never changed. Theres a $125 non refundable cleaning fee. I was there almost two weeks, the bathroom was never cleaned. pretty disgusting most of the time I was there. I asked for cleaning fee to be refunded. It was not. I was laid off from the job I was working there and was in a bad place financially. I asked the landlord if he could help me out in any way with a partial refund of my $800 I had paid for the month. He said he would see what he could do. He did nothing.
