There are only 6 townhouses in the complex; neighbors are quiet and respectful. It is a gated building and we are a close knit community. It is a quiet and calm environment.

The room is large, 24' long & 10 ' wide divided into a bedroom area and a sitting/office area with a separate entrance through a garden courtyard on the ground floor studio of my live/work condo You will have a private bath and kitchenette in the ground floor studio that is adjacent to your room. I have a work space at the front of the ground floor studio that I will be using only during your work hours.
