The studio is detached from our home and adjacent to our garage. We do not park cars in the garage so no need to worry about exhaust being near your place. The space was remodeled in 2020/2021 and has high ceilings so it feels light and airy. We have a whole house fan that is great on summer nights so you don't have to sleep with the AC on. A great place to stay
Nikki and Rob were great hosts, and made me feel very welcome. The guest house was excellent, very clean, modern, and livable. I stayed with them for 2.5 months and had absolutely no problems, would not hesitate to stay there again.
