Our home is 3 acres of garden on one of the nicest streets in Mobile, with old growth live oaks lining the street and shading the yard. The guest house (this listing) is a freestanding structure from the main house and is completely private. There is a city park at the end of the street and the area is very comfortable for walking or jogging.
Space
The apartment is small but comfortably accommodates 2 adults. Our maximum occupancy is 2 persons of any age. There is not room for a blow-up mattress so the space is not suitable for 2 adults who are not a couple or not comfortable sleeping in the same bed!
