The house is very cozy and an open floor plan in the living space. There are 2 decks off the kitchen. The upper deck is set up to relax and has a beautiful breeze but no bugs during the day, the lower deck sits on the above ground pool. The back yard has a fire pit/meditation space sitting on a small brook. There are woods abutting the brook so this area is nice and cool to take a nap on the hammock.

Lovely location and wonderful hospitality
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Laura's. Her home is very cozy, clean, and she made me feel welcome at home the entire time. I rented during the winter, so she was gone much of the time, but did a great job checking in, making sure there was enough heating oil, and answering any questions I had promptly. When she was out of town I got to take care of her cat, Buddy, who was easy to care for and very sweet. When Laura was in town she was lovely to talk to and very respectful. Location was great, in a quiet and safe neighborhood which was nice to walk around when the weather was good. Good restaurants nearby, grocery stores, and easy access to Springfield. I would absolutely recommend.
