Cutest studio

Love love loveeee this studio very cute and spacious ,lots of storage in the unit ,kitchen is a perfect size and you have your own private entrance through the gate. The neighborhood is very safe and very walkable soooo many great restaurants to check out. Sharon is such a gem I've loved living with her she's super quick to respond to any inquiries and she's a sweetie love chatting with her and she has very cute kitties. Wish I could stay longer I will definitely miss this place!!!

Cute unit with an extremely caring host!

Sharon is a wonderful host and person! She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I fell in love with the unit and would have loved to stay permanently but was pulled away by life circumstances. The unit is extremely clean and well-stocked. It is a block away from two different bus lines, and there are some great restaurants and cute shops nearby. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and there is a very secure latch on the private gate leading to the unit.

I stayed here Sept 15Dec 31. The studio is well-maintained, remodeled, with new furniture and cookware. Its small but reasonable. I am a quiet tenant with a routine and keep to myself. My challenges were with landlord interactions. The landlord entered without consent, washed/moved personal items, made repeated personal comments about my character, lifestyle, and family unrelated to tenancy, used aggressive language in texts, threatened future rental references, and indicated she might enter the unit without notice to retrieve belongings. Renting required careful attention to boundaries and documentation. The unit is comfortable but interactions may require assertiveness.
