Delaine Guest House

Great Stay, and great for traveling with dogs!

Stayed here for approximately 2 months, and it was an amazing stay. The house itself was great, with A/C and fans that did very well at keeping the place cool as the weather started getting warmer. The space was nice with mostly hardwood floors and then some tile in the kitchen and living room area. The internet worked great even when there were large storms rolling through. The owners live in the house next door and were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed, but also provided privacy. The neighborhood was quiet overall. The backyard is completely fenced and large enough that our two medium-large sized dogs were able to get out some energy when needed. Corpus Christi Medical Center is within minutes down the road and Corpus Spohn Shoreline hospital was approximately 8 minutes away. Grocery stores were only a few minutes drive away as well. If travelling back to this area I would stay here again.

Great hosts, property and location

I highly recommend the hosts and property for the Delaine Guest house! The hosts were friendly, flexible and very responsive and supportive. The house was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The back yard was freshly sodded and great for our dog. There was a good sized TV in every room. We took many walks to the parks and the waterfront and drives to the beach. We had a great time - thank you!

Amazing Stay!!

I stayed here during my travel assignment and it was wonderful. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is close to everything you'd need. The owners of the house live next door and are very kind and quick to respond! They are very respectful of your privacy too! They made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay here and always made sure to check in with us to see if we needed anything. there's a completely fenced in back yard for your dog to run around and play in. There's enough parking in the drive way for two cars to park one behind the other or you can park one in the drive way and one on the street (and the street parking is also very safe). It has all the amenities you could need like dish washer, washer and dryer, microwave, toaster, stove with oven, and coffee maker! I would recommend this house to anyone coming to corpus christi! We loved our stay here and had an amazing time here with absolutely no issues at all!
