Walk 1/4 mile to the beach, restaurants and bars. You will enjoy your stay in this very beautiful and clean condo, with a lot of amenities. The views are amazing, from our full length balconies. Parking is on first floor in front of unit. The indoor and outdoor pools are very clean and close to the condo. Our $50 fee is for background check of any new tenant. We love our condo, and want to make sure you are good for it.
