I had an amazing experience here! The place was recently renovated with new furniture, all in excellent condition, and it truly felt homey and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The landlord was incredibly kind and communicative, responding quickly to every text and making the stay stress free. Del is the sweetest, and the entire experience felt smooth and supportive from start to finish. The home was clean, well organized, and fully stocked with the essentials. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very pleasant, and Ripon is such a charming town. I loved being there. Ive stayed in many furnished rentals during my clinical year as a student, and I can confidently say this was my favorite one. Whether youre staying for a month or longer, this place is truly fantastic. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, high quality rental.
