Awesome place

I like living here while being in alaska it was within distance from work. They are a lovely family and if anything happens Levi makes sure it is fixed really quick. If I was to come back I would definitely book here again.

Great place for healthcare

The location is walking distance to Fairbanks memorial! The hosts are also so kind and responsive. The space is decorated so nicely and even though it’s in a basement area there is a window that lets in plenty of sunlight. They have added black out curtains which is a great addition for night shift. Washer and dryer are super convenient as well. Plenty of parking and helped me figure out the car plugs being nice to Alaska!

Wonderful landlords and great location!

Levi and Naimy are so thoughtful, no detail goes unnoticed to make your stay comfortable. They even provide a great welcome manual that gives you ideas of fun places to go and good things to be aware of while in Fairbanks. Any maintenance problem that arises is fixed swiftly and Levi and Naimy are very responsive. The heating system can be loud at first but quickly gets tuned out. I enjoyed being with other like-minded professionals and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place with great landlords.

Felt Like Home Wonderful Hosts and Perfect Location

Levi and Naimy were absolutely wonderful landlordskind, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. The place itself was beautiful, cozy, and felt like home from the very first day. I was only renting short-term while traveling for work at Chief Andrew Clinic, and the location couldnt have been more perfect. If my company hadnt rented me a car, I honestly wouldnt have needed one it's just a short, pleasant walk to the hospital and clinic. Naimy did such an amazing job with the space every detail made it warm and comfortable. I got a welcome package with a cup honey and notebook . And in the the kitchen she did put some spices to use which was very nice of them to do. I truly loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay
