Ideal upstairs 2-bed apartment for the healthcare traveler, or if you are traveling in a pair; a comfortably furnished historic home in York city, under 5-minute drive to York hospital. Things I felt that were undersold was how spacious it was; a separate stair to a covered, sunny south-facing private entrance, urban backyard turf leading to a secure property garage were unique touches. Ideal apartment to unwind after a busy 10-hr shift.

I very much enjoyed my stay at The Flats on George. Jordan and Mike were a pleasure to work with. They were always very timely in their response to any question or concern I had during my stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. In close proximity to hospitals and downtown York. The area I found to be safe and walkable. I would definitely rent from Gilded Properties again and would recommend any traveler friends to do the same.
