I stayed at Gary's place for 4 months . Everything in this place is well maintained and well worth it if you're a traveling healthcare professional and looking for a nice place to unwind after a long shift. I never read reviews and I don't particularly engage in negativity. You have to see this place in person and you won't be disappointed. I had no issues from my whole experience. There are a lot of facilities to work at in this area. This place is your home away from home. 10/10 highly recommended

A scammer

Please stay away ! He brought dogs into my apartment to keep my security deposit than blamed it on me and evicted me ! while I was literally in class, he called taking me out of lab saying there were dogs in the apartment. They were not my dogs and when I got there, they dogs were gone !! He put this place up on FF to get money to finish the renos. He said the apartment was completely finished but he would be in my rental working for hours. 4 to 5 men walking in and out during the whole duration of my stay. Once I brought my significant other this and when everything all started. He lied an said another girl was renting across the hall. I was the only person renting in this building. Idk what would have happened if I never brought my significant other! Very very creepy stay away !!! Please stay away !!!! My beautiful cat was almost harmed in the purpose of all this and that's what's really hurts. I'm so glad she was able to protect herself from two big pitbulls.
