Cozy and private Apartment for rent with its own private entrance and private parking. 3 Months contract or longer stay.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, and secure home

My son and I had the pleasure of renting this in-law unit from Berenice for five months while we needed a temporary place to stay in Fair Oaks. I'm so grateful that we found her place, because it met our needs perfectly. It was very well appointed with everything we needed and more. The furnishings are new and comfortable, and everything is extremely clean and well kept. The property is secure feels safe and private. Berenice is very friendly and accommodating, and she always communicated promptly and thoughtfully. I really enjoyed getting to know her, and if I have a need to rent in Fair Oaks in the future, I would definitely rent from her again.

Very comfortable & quiet home!!

I had the wonderful experience of staying at Berenice's house for 5 months. I was grateful to have found her place because the previous one I was staying at was quite unsafe. This house, on the other hand, is incredibly peaceful and quiet, and I felt so safe here. Her place is like a relaxing getaway, complete with beautiful plants and flowers, and just serene. The area is also very close to restaurants and plenty of things to do. Berenice is accommodating, very sweet, and communicates well. I would definitely come back and stay here again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much for everything!!
