Rare Find 1-Bedroom with Separate Living, Dining & Guest Sleeper.

Great property!!

I had a wonderful stay at Eddie's townhouse in DC and cannot recommend it enough! The unit was spotlessly clean, pristine, and extremely well-maintained-completely rodent and pest-free. Having an in-unit washer and dryer made day-to-day living so convenient, and the excellent, fast Wi-Fi made working remotely seamless. The comfortable sofa bed was also a massive plus when I had guests visiting! I also loved using the Keurig K-Crema coffee maker every morning for a great cup of coffee. The location in NoMa / Union Market is unbeatable and feels very safe to walk around at any time. It is an easy walk to Union Market, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods Market for groceries, coffee, and dining. On top of that, having completely free street parking right in front without needing a DC zone permit made parking stress-free. Eddie is a proactive, responsive, and respectful host who truly cares about his tenants' experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
