This home has a lot of natural light and is very welcoming. Enjoy your favorite beverage out on the deck while watching the boats cruise by on the lake below. If you are patient you may see some of the wildlife that come by to visit. The home is located at the top of the hill. When the birds glide by, it feels like you can reach out and touch them.

Very quiet neighborhood. House is located on a dead end street. Private dock about 1 mile from house. About 2 miles to Konocti Harbor Resort, 20 minutes to Lakeport and Lower Lake. Enjoy live music, wineries, dining, lake activities , hiking and much more.
