We had a wonderful experience staying here for two months. The home was exceptionally clean and only about six months old when we arrived, so everything felt fresh, modern, and in excellent condition. It was thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a long-term stay, including high-quality towels and linens and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The home is located in a transitioning neighborhood on a quiet, pleasant street very convenient to the highway. The property management was outstanding. Communication was prompt and professional, and any questions were handled quickly. We also appreciated the move-in and move-out walkthroughs, which made the entire process smooth and straightforward. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed long-term rental in Houston.

Property provides easy access to the medical center area just 9 minutes away from MD Anderson w/o getting on the interstate. Garage to pull in giving you an added booster of security. Spacious & Clean- new. Large master suite makes it easy to set up a work station for virtual work. Downstairs has the kitchen filled with new appliances and several modern conveniences, like an air fryer. Eating may be done at the large table or bar area. Two couches and plenty of throws make it nice for relaxing in front of the tv. One of our neighbors was a doctor the other a traveling nurse during our six month stay. Minutes from Herrman park. Owners were always easy to access if you had any questions or concerns. For our medical journey, it was the perfect place, convenient, close, easy access and safe for our 6 months at MD Anderson.
