First of all renting from the owner Michael is a breeze. He is very accommodating and easy going. If your in need of anything he is their in 10 minutes. The unit itself is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The grounds are kept clean. There is a crystal clear heated pool which is close by to the unit. We have made friends with some great people who live and rent in the park. A few times a month we gather in the clubhouse and have dinner together. We all bring a dish. Downtown Venice is amazing! So many fantastic restaurants and shopping. A few miles away. Along with beautiful beaches. We have been extremely happy renting this condo .
