Super Adorable 2B/2.5BA Condo!

We had a wonderful three month stay at this San Pedro condo! We had just moved from Texas to California said this was our welcome to California property while we searched for a permanent place to live. Michele was the best Landlord, super kind and accommodating! She gave us a really cute, welcome basket, including treats for our pups. We did have two dogs, and it was a great location for them as well. This property is close to a park, which I would walk to every day and close to the marina, which was beautiful! There is also a cute café walking distance to grab coffee and breakfast at in the morning.I highly recommend it and recommend Michele as a Landlord!

Great San Pedro Stay, Amazing Landlord/Host

We had a great 3 month stay at this San Pedro condo. It is walking distance to pretty much everywhere you'd want to walk to within San Pedro (Korean Friendship Bell Park & the amazing dog park next to it, Cabrillo Marina for long walks & outdoor runs, downtown & the Harbor for great eats), and just a short drive out to Torrance with great Asian food options. The Mexican restaurant across the street was also amazing, not to mention the two great delis offering great sandwiches (Busy Bee & A1). Daily commute to/from El Segundo was totally doable (25-30 min in am, >=1 hr in the pm), and occasional commute out to DTLA wasn't too bad either. Homeowner/landlord Michelle was also extremely communicative & accommodating. Definitely an easy & pleasant experience, book with confidence!
