5 star host and property
Great stay overall and would recommend to other travelers. The location is excellent quiet, clean, and in a calm neighborhood. The space itself was very clean and well-kept. The host was fantastic, extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. A few things to note (all agreed to beforehand): theres no dedicated kitchen, but the toaster oven and an air fryer made it manageable. The bathroom sink doubles as the kitchen sink which is doable just not ideal for everyone. Theres also no washer/dryer.the closest laundromat I found was about 20 minutes away and not 24 hours which can be tough for night shift schedules. Street parking can only be done during the day at night youll need to use the driveway and coordinate with the host. Commute was easy: ~10 min to Mercy Gilbert, ~20 to Banner Ocotillo, ~25 to Chandler Regional. Overall, a great experience.
