Excellent Venice winter getaway rental

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay in this roomy and newer villa just outside Venice city limits. The location was convenient to shopping, the Interstate and several attractions. Several pluses such as the security of a gated community, excellent clubhouse with heated pool and well equipped gym and a nice walking route around the loop with birds and lake scenery. The owner and agent were very accommodating asking what we needed for our stay and providing items and very responsive to any issues. They also approved our pet without an additional fee which is very unusual with rentals. The unit was very clean and had great light. Pool toys and a charcoal grill were on the lanai available to use. The price was reasonable considering that internet was included. On the downside, the application for approval by the HOA was frankly a pain to do particularly because both spouses must complete it separately and it has a fee associated with it. Traffic noise from I75 is loud at times.
