Fabulous place to stay
Verna and Patrick are great hosts; responsive, friendly, and respectful of privacy. Their ADU met all of my needs. I rode my bicycle and ran in the neighborhood and on the bike path thats a couple of blocks away. Very walkable neighborhoodwalk into downtown Medford, walk to cafes, or just walk. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room had all of the essentials and more. Large smart TV, super fast internet, washer/dryer, and CAR PORT inside a locked gate right next to the unit. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. I would stay there again.
