The in-law apartment is attached to a large house in the woods in a suburban area and a ten-minute walk to the town public beach on the coast and the town dock. There is a long shared driveway with ample space for parking. The entrance to the apartment is through a side door or garage with the stairs near the door. Laundry is available if needed.
