Not furnished / Slum Lord

Brown water out of the sink and shower in the bathroom. No trash can, No fans, but somehow this is furnished. The lower tenant controls the heat, so you cannot control the temp in your own unit. Not even a space heater in the middle of a Wisconsin winter. Carpet was disgusting, you could literally pick it up because it was separated. Not clean when I moved in. Gross bedding. I paid for the whole month and asked if I could get some money back if I found another place. He declined and kept the money. Bought a microwave because there is no way to reheat food, it tripped the circuit because the electrical is old and bad. Do not rent from this slum lord. John is a prime example of what is wrong with the housing market. The butterfly stickers on the wall are a nice touch, though.
