Overall good stay

Spacious home with beautiful views and minimal traffic due to its location on a no-exit street. The landlord is responsive, and the unit is stocked with essentials and starter toiletries. The deck and yard are great features. Its in a safe, convenient location close to a hospital, grocery stores, restaurants, and a park, and offers great value for the area. Parking is limited to street parking on an incline, which may be difficult for larger vehicles. The master bed is firm, and some noise travels since the living area is above a downstairs unit. The fireplace is not functional, and the oven door had issues despite an attempted repair. There was also a concern about a charge for excessive pet hair after move-out despite cleaning and documentation. Communication was good during the stay but limited on this issue. Overall, a comfortable, well-located property I would recommend.
