Nice Property & Great Owners
One of our company's superintendents stayed here while working in Grand Junction and below are his thoughts on this place: I had three pleasure of staying at this nice property in Grand Junction for six weeks. The owners are very responsive. One night I tripped a breaker and it was the one running the fridge with my good in it. They had someone come and fix it quickly. It is a beautiful setting with the deck off the dining room overlooking a really nice small lake. Very quiet neighborhood. From, Todd Lund Megan was amazing to work with especially when I had to extend Todd's stay and responded quickly to emails and calls. If we work in Grand Junction again, I will definitely look to see if her place is available.

Best place in Grand Junction
In my opinion this place is the coolest place in Grand Junction. There is an awesome balcony with a beautiful view of the Lake and the mountains. The community is wonderful full of amenities and great neighbors. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. The landlord is responsive if you need her as well. Anytime I come back to Grand Junction I would stay here. It's really a clean and peaceful place to call home.
