Wonderful property, great location

I had a great stay at this apartment. The waterfront location was peaceful and relaxing, while still being close to Portsmouth/Dover and nearby essentials. The unit was clean, updated, and exactly as described, with a comfortable setup for an extended stay. It had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and reliable Wi-Fi. The space felt safe, quiet, and easy to settle into. The landlord was responsive and easy to work with, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, move-in-ready stay.

Fantastic find

Our stay in Dover was absolutely wonderful! The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and so comfortable it truly felt like a home away from home. The river was an incredible bonus and made the home feel extra special. The location couldnt have been better; quick drive to Portsmouth, Kittery, UNH, and Dover. A low traffic road with lots of walkers/runners, the neighborhood felt peaceful and relaxing. Elias was very attentive and when asked if the space had a desk, he promptly set up a work station for us. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Portsmouth, UNH or Dover!
