Excellent Place to Stay

I had a great experience staying with Jackie and BJ. The whole home felt very welcoming! The room and private bath were comfortable, clean and well maintained. They were thoughtful hosts and were always offering me snacks and fresh fruit which made the stay feel even more like home. The neighborhood was great with easy access to 285. Like the other tenant mentioned, Koko is absolutely adorable! Would absolutely stay again.

Home Away from Home with Amazing Hosts (and an Unforgettable Pup!)

I had the pleasure of renting a room with a private bath from BJ and Jackie for five months, and it was one of the best living experiences I’ve had. The room was beautifully decorated—like something out of a design magazine—and the home truly felt like a home away from home. BJ and Jackie were wonderful hosts, striking the perfect balance between checking in and giving me space. Over time, they became like extended family. The home was always clean with a monthly service, and I appreciated full access to the kitchen, backyard, and grill. Parking was easy, and the neighborhood is friendly and welcoming. A special highlight was Koko, their Shih Tzu—such a lovable character who made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend staying with the Kopkas!
