This is a gated community, the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. We have the islands largest pool on premise, as well as a second smaller pool to enjoy (not heated, but open year-round). A gym is available to use, as well as coined laundry.
Space
This villa is 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. The first being a twin or twin, and the second being a twin over full sized bed. The main hallway has another bathroom. We do also have a pullout couch in the family room. The kitchen has everything you need to live comfortable in this space.

Beautiful villa, located right on the ocean within the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. This is a gated community, mid island with a private beach. The resort itself has 8 lit tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants, a beach bar, 2 pools, a playground, gym, and more. The island is accessible by car, has over 300 places to eat, shops galore, and golf for the whole family.
