The best!

Kat is amazing!!! Her property is great, and so is her personality. She is a great host, attentive, positive, and so nice. Her sweet dog is a plus too! I stayed here after a big life change and this was my landing spot for a while. It’s cozy and quiet. I am so appreciative of my time here and 10/10 recommend!

Nashville hidden gem

I spent the past 4 years in Nashville with Kat at this property and it was such a great time in my life. Kat was such a wonderful neighbor, landlord, and friend to have. The property is peaceful and cozy. I always enjoyed evening sitting on the deck listening to the crickets and watching the fireflies. The yard was great for my little dog to run around in and the neighborhood is calm and quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The place is well kept, regular lawn care and pest control, and Kat was always prompt on any maintenance needs. If you're looking to experience Nashville without having to be in the thick of it (downtown is only about 10 minutes away) and close to the airport while having some peace and quiet then I can't recommend this place enough!
