This upstair ADU is a rare gem - clean, modern, and just two years old. Its move-in ready and fully furnished, ensuring a seamless transition. Its convenient location near the City of Hope makes it an ideal choice for anyone seeking easy access to the cancer research center. However, the true highlights are the owners, Azucena and Jorge. They are genuinely kind, honest, and incredibly understanding individuals who go above and beyond to make us feel at home. While the Duarte area may have its share of dust, street parking can be a bit of a challenge due to the weekly street cleaning schedule. Nevertheless, they are remarkably accommodating and always willing to help. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay and making new friends as a bonus!

3 month stay

The place was perfect. I stayed for a contract and a nearby facility and enjoyed my experience. Everything was super clean and I had everything I needed for an easy live. It is centrally located near gyms, shopping, grocery stores and the highway. Also not too far from the coast for a beach day! The neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe. Jorge and Azucena were extremely accommodating but not overbearing by any means. I absolutely recommend!!
