The best!!
Pam & Bill are great people and their place is amazing. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. It has everything you could need for your stay-- towels, kitchen utensils, Roku TV, hygiene items, cleaning products, clothes hangers, AC, etc. Street parking was always available right in front of the home (in a quiet neighborhood). 10-15 minutes from downtown Ventura and the beach. Pam & Bill are SO easy to get along with and respect your privacy. As a solo-female traveler, I felt very safe here. Wish I could've stayed longer!!

Highly recommended.
Pam’s studio is very comfortable, and well-thought for her guests. Kitchen essentials, toiletries etc. My husband and I had everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the very comfortable bed and strong shower! A quiet neighborhood not too far from beach. Pam and her husband are very responsive and friendly. The room is very clean and exactly the same as described in the photo. You couldn’t expect a better place than Pam’s studio. Highly recommended.
