Very Nice Room with Sweet Owner

I stayed with Toni for 3 months over Summer 2026 and really enjoyed it! She made me feel very comfortable, and all amenities were consistently provided, as she was very responsive to anything the room, bathroom, or kitchen may have needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. I'm 6'4" and had no issues with space whatsoever in the bathroom, shower, or bedroom. Toni is also very professional. She has a lot of experience renting, so there weren't any surprises, and the move in/move out process was made very smooth because of it. Naturally, because you are living with the landlord, a lot can go wrong. However, Toni's sweetness, warm presence, professionalism, and promptness make everything easy, and I would highly encourage staying with her if you are looking for a room and bathroom to reside in within the South Bay.

Wonderful, Peaceful Home

I stayed in Toni's home for four months, and it was exactly the peaceful retreat I needed during a hard stretch of my life. The room is nicely appointed with a private bath, the house is quiet and well kept, and a cleaner comes monthly. Parking is available and secure, though a little tight. What made the stay, though, was Toni herself. She is kind, a wonderful listener, and greeted me almost daily with a wish for a blessed day. She was gracious with me when I was scattered, and thoughtful about small things like letting me know when mail arrived. She likes her home a certain way, and it shows in how well cared for everything is. I left having made a new friend, not just a landlord. I'd recommend her home without hesitation to anyone looking for a calm, safe place to land.
