Karl is the man; unbeatable location.

One of the things I'd missed the most since moving to Phoenix in 2023 was taking walks - but here, I was able to take daily serene walks around the neighborhood, past the park and through downtown. The location's unbeatable: limitless food/drink options by foot (and 10-15-min to Roosevelt), 5-min stroll to Margaret Hance, the Japanese Friendship Garden and amazing cafes (namely Harlem Cafe/Sauvage). Parking's incredibly easy. Karl's friendly, flexible and responsive. All I could ask for in a landlord. Highly recommend.

Exactly What I Needed

I was looking for something short term, but also close to the hospital where I work, and Karl's place met all my needs. It is a historic home, in a historic neighborhood, where you can go for walks at night and feel safe - not to mention it is so close to downtown. It has a great open courtyard in the back, and all the other tenants on the property were kind and welcoming. With all that, the best part was working with Karl. He was responsive, and really cares about his tenants. I would always feel comfortable renting from Karl again in the future.
