Excellent Location - House - Hosts

I highly recommend this property. Is in a safe neighborhood within walking distance, approximately 1 mile, from major stores (Costco, Whole Foods, Target + more) and fabulous restaurants. The house and yard is in impeccable condition. Every amenity you would need for a home away from home is included. The two bedroom beds are very comfortable. The hosts are great and communicative and response of to any questions or need that may have risen. We stayed for an extended period of time and it felt just like we were at home. The biweekly cleaning ladies were fantastic and helping to maintain the cleanliness of the floors, carpets and bathrooms. I highly recommend this property. We could not have asked for a better host or house for our extended stay in the area.

An Exceptional Stay

My wife and I stayed at Laura, Darcy, and Jim's home for 16 weeks and found the experience to be exceptional. Reasons why: 1. Clean home, safe neighborhood. 2. Plenty of room: About 1100 square feet, two full bathrooms, multi-use bedroom. 3. Stocked kitchen with quality appliances. Quality furniture throughout home. 4. Large washer & dryer in garage. 5. Secluded backyard, side yard and enclosed front walkway allow for dining and entertaining. 6. Plenty of space in garage for storage, including vehicle. 7. Friendly neighbors (our experience). 8. Plenty of shopping & restaurants located within 5-10- min drive. 9. Hosts provide welcoming touches and bi-weekly maid service at no extra cost. 10. Our reasonable security deposit of $500 was returned on the spot after the clean walk through! 11. Utilities were wrapped into rent, which made things simple. If you're visiting the Elk Grove/Greater Sacramento area, we highly recommend this excellent housing option! Cheers, Michael and Shalon
